How can I transfer song I made in Garageband on iPad to 'music app' on same iPad?
There is no direct way. This page lists the possibilities to add music to your Music.app: http://help.apple.com/ipad/8/#/iph3cf219ca
To add your own music creations to the Music.app you have to sync it from a computer or to add it to your iCloud Music Library. Both can only be done by sharing your GarageBand song to iTunes and adding it to a iTunes library on a Mac. See: http://help.apple.com/garageband/ipad/2.0/index.html#chs39284d66
